The beauty of other attractions in Lombok Senggigi beach and Kuta beach is a flock of small islands composed of Gili Air, Gili Meno, Gili Trawangan. Small islands are located in the northwest of the island of Lombok.

Gili Trawangan
Gili Trawangan is the largest of the three small islands or dyke available in the northwest of Lombok . Trawangan is also the only dyke which height above sea level is significant . With a length of 3 km and 2 km wide , Trawangan populated about 800 souls. Among the three dyke , Trawangan has facilities for tourists of the most diverse and the most dense population is east of the island.
Trawangan have a feel for the "feast " more than Gili Meno and Gili Air , because it has many festivals throughout the night every night rotated its events by some of the crowd. The popular activity performed in Trawangan tourists are scuba diving ( with PADI certification ) , snorkeling ( northeast coast ) , kayaking , and surfing. There are also several places for tourists to learn horse riding around the island .
On Gili Trawangan (as well as in two other dyke ) , there were no motorized vehicles , because they are not allowed by local rules .
Common means of transportation are bicycles ( rented by locals to tourists ) and cidomo , common medium chariot found in Lombok . For traveling to and from the third dyke , residents usually use motorized vessels and speedboats .
